Senior Solutions Consultant (Life Sciences)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; up to 70% travel to customer locations throughout the assigned region.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD per year, with potential eligibility for a commission plan.

What you will do

• Support pharma, biotech, medtech, and contract research organization clients as a senior Solutions Consultant.
• Translate Life Sciences business processes and digital transformation goals into hirify.global solutions.
• Provide technical and functional responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Develop customer-facing presentations, persona-based stories, and solution demonstrations.
• Analyze requirements and advise customers, partners, sales, product, marketing, and leadership.
• Discuss technical solutions with hirify.global’s product team and assess platform fit within enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful Pre-Sales Engineering experience or 6+ years in Professional Services/Consulting.
• At least 3 years of significant experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Deep knowledge of Clinical Development, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, or Medical Affairs.
• Experience with digital transformation in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or contract research organizations.
• Strong communication, customer interaction, requirements analysis, presentation, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GxP environments, FDA regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and validated system requirements.
• Experience in enterprise software sales or client-facing technology advisory roles.
• Advanced degree such as MS, MBA, PharmD, MPH, or PhD.
• Fluency in a second language, preferably Portuguese.
• Familiarity with application servers, web servers, and databases.
