What you will do

• Lead internal engagement teams to develop strategic recommendations for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Oversee the successful delivery of integrated commercial programs and pre/post-launch operations.
• Leverage real-world data assets to optimize customer engagement, segmentation, and patient journey analytics.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and managing SOW development.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while serving as a subject matter expert.
• Manage external relationships with clients, vendors, and industry experts.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution required.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or life sciences.
• Demonstrated track record in leadership, planning, and execution of data & analytics engagements.
• Solid understanding of pharma industry data assets including claims, sell-in, and formulary data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client influencing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD).

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake.
