Senior Consultant, Analytics Services (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: United States; remote work may be available from anywhere in the country depending on role scope. hirify.global also operates hybrid hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago.

Annual base pay: $106,000–$135,000 for all other US locations; $122,000–$155,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.

What you will do

• Manage analytics projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
• Deliver analytics solutions for healthcare organizations using real-world data.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management on project goals and deliverables.
• Act as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track healthcare analytics trends and incorporate relevant technologies into service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field, including delivery of analytics solutions to clients.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Ability to use AI tools strategically, develop AI-enhanced workflows, and work productively in AI-enhanced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR.
• Advanced skills in predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
