What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex analytics projects from scoping to execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction and project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Analytics Consulting team.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks and uncover deeper insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
