Instructional Designer (Part-Time)

What you will do

• Analyze instructional needs, define course requirements, and manage projects through the full development lifecycle.
• Design interactive online learning modules, web-based instructor-led training, courseware, and supporting materials.
• Develop course outlines, curricula, learning objectives, scenarios, media scripts, practice activities, quizzes, and assessments.
• Create multimedia learning resources using print, graphics, audio, video, animation, and PowerPoint layouts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and voice talent to develop and refine training content.
• Conduct course testing and evaluations, analyze feedback, and improve training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in instructional systems design or a related field.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, including ADDIE and instructional systems design.
• Strong instructional design, performance improvement, project management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience creating multimedia resources and job aids for learning programs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency with course authoring software such as Adobe or Articulate and experience with learning management systems.
