Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer - Remote - 20 Hours/Week (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery manufacturing company.
• Create instructor-led materials, facilitator guides, digital modules, videos, and other multimodal learning content.
• Develop rapid eLearning content using Articulate Rise, Storyline 360, and other authoring tools.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve content development efficiency while following data privacy and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and project managers in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Track project progress, meet deadlines, and evaluate learning-program success and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Practical experience with AI agents and AI use cases for content development; Microsoft Copilot experience is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong visual design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, plus multimedia tools.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and availability during established working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an agile development framework.
• Project management experience.
