What you will do

• Identify skill gaps and learning needs with business partners, subject matter experts, and course facilitators.
• Design and develop instructor-led training, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and other learning materials.
• Manage instructional design projects from initial analysis through implementation and revision.
• Upload and maintain learning content in Workday Learning and support knowledge management, version control, and communications.
• Develop processes to assess training effectiveness, skill acquisition, and knowledge retention.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions and coordinate course materials with facilitators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
• 1–2 years of instructional design and professional training experience.
• Strong written communication, facilitation, classroom management, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience designing e-learning with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Powtoon, and Canva.
• Experience managing content in an LMS; Workday Learning experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional design, learning methodologies, evaluation, adult learning principles, and technical products such as domains, hosting, email, and site builders.

Nice to have

• Experience creating training for software or technology, call centers, customer service, or sales environments.
• Experience with leading AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, including prompt engineering.
