Learning Experience Designer - IT Initiatives (AI)

Location: United States - Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area; onsite attendance required 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Assess learner profiles, needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor learning experiences.
• Design live learning events, eLearning courses, on-demand resources, and internal announcements for IT initiatives.
• Develop accessible learning content for non-technical audiences, including facilitator scripts and presentation materials.
• Build interactive eLearning in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 and deploy courses through learning management systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning outcomes.
• Facilitate live and virtual sessions for global audiences and implement surveys and evaluation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in learning experience design, curriculum design, and eLearning development.
• Expertise in eLearning development with Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Ability to explain complex or technical subjects clearly to non-technical end users.
• Experience designing and delivering virtual learning sessions using Zoom or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area.

Nice to have

• Experience creating learning for artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Microsoft Productivity Suite, or internal computer applications.
• Knowledge of adult-learning principles and ADDIE or SAM instructional design frameworks.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience producing live-action and graphics-based instructional videos.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
