Senior Program Manager, Officer Digital Enablement (AI)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Operational Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota, or another hirify.global office location globally. Roles below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; U.S. sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: USD 147,200–220,800 annually for U.S. locations, excluding Puerto Rico and specific California locations. Local market compensation applies in other countries. The role is eligible for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Translate enterprise strategy, executive leadership needs, and emerging trends into capability activation plans for VP-level and above leaders.
• Design and orchestrate multimodal experiences using executive tools, peer learning, coaching, digital resources, communications, reinforcement, and business application.
• Integrate leadership capability activation into executive development plans, readiness discussions, succession planning, performance processes, and other talent systems.
• Establish measurement strategies, feedback loops, and business reviews to assess capability growth, adoption, application, and business impact.
• Influence stakeholders across a complex global matrix, remove barriers, and drive enterprise adoption without direct authority.
• Manage operating rhythms, portfolio reviews, budgets, vendors, resources, and executive-ready materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in leadership or executive development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, change management, consulting, HR, strategy, or a related function.
• Experience leading complex enterprise initiatives, capability-building strategies, organizational change efforts, or transformation programs.
• Experience partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders in a global or matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, metrics, insights, and feedback mechanisms to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional groups without direct authority.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; sponsorship is unavailable for this Senior-level role.

• Advanced degree in business administration, organizational development, HR, leadership development, change management, or a related discipline.
• Experience connecting executive capability activation to measurable business outcomes and leadership application.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, future-of-work trends, or data-driven leadership practices.
• Experience creating executive communications, presentations, and decision-support materials.
