Senior Program Manager (Digital Transformation)

Location: Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days on-site in the San Diego or Los Angeles office, United States

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annual base salary, plus a 17% annual bonus target

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise digital transformation programs across multiple business units, regions, and technology domains.
• Translate corporate strategy into roadmaps, investment priorities, and executable delivery plans.
• Coordinate business, product, engineering, data, legal, and operations leaders while facilitating executive governance and decision-making.
• Manage scope, budgets, resources, timelines, releases, risks, dependencies, and delivery across globally distributed teams.
• Drive change management, process redesign, go-to-market readiness, operational adoption, and go/no-go release decisions.
• Establish program management standards, improve delivery models, and mentor junior program and project managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive program management experience, including large-scale digital or technology programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional, cross-regional, business-critical initiatives and working with senior executives and steering committees.
• Expertise in program governance, risk and dependency management, financial and resource planning, release management, and operational readiness.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, release management, Agile and iterative delivery models, and integration of modern technologies into business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a top-tier MBA or equivalent business-related advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, integrity, and ethical conduct.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, cloud, data, commerce, identity management, analytics, fraud prevention, risk management, or trust and safety systems.
• Experience in global multicultural environments and across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with Japanese language or business culture.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, or equivalent tools.
