Staff Product Manager, QuickBooks Growth (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Base pay: $205,500–$278,000 per year, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end QuickBooks customer experience and roadmap for a defined lifecycle stage.
• Drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Run high-velocity experimentation loops from hypotheses and A/B tests through learning and iteration.
• Use data, AI methodology, and domain expertise to solve complex growth problems.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate customer outcomes through AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience focused on product-led growth, funnel optimization, or growth in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Experience owning a product area or complex feature set and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
• Strong experimentation and A/B testing skills, with fluency in behavioral data and funnel metrics.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning in product contexts, including personalization, predictive engagement, or AI-accelerated workflows.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-moving, iterative environments.
