Product Manager, Growth (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, United States

Salary: $170,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and execute a growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Own product improvements across inference, training, nexus, signup, documentation, APIs, playground flows, model selection, errors, and pricing.
• Lead features from ideation through launch across the product suite.
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior to identify gaps and validate improvements.
• Research how developers build with authentication, model choice, latency, cost, evaluations, and failed requests.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, design, marketing, and product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, primarily in developer experience or growth product management.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Experience shipping widely used products, preferably consumption-based products.
• Experience building product-led growth and self-serve experiences within a sales-led business.
• Technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market partners.
