Sr. Manager, Product Management (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; in-office 5 days a week

Annual base salary: $190,000–$235,000; target annual bonus: 20%

What you will do

• Own Navigator’s product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap for an integrated AI platform.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and role definition.
• Drive delivery of complex roadmaps with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data Science, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
• Define success metrics for engagement, retention, and competitive differentiation; build dashboards and validate product impact.
• Shape the company’s AI product narrative and represent Navigator’s direction to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage senior stakeholder alignment, trade-offs, dependencies, hiring, onboarding, and team-building activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based solutions.
• 4+ years managing product managers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with product strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, data-driven decision-making, dashboards, and behavioral analytics.
• Proficiency with product and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI/ML or conversational AI products in B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent architectures.
• Knowledge of private capital markets, including VC, PE, M&A, or related financial services.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and developing product management teams in high-ambiguity environments.
• Strong communication, narrative, analytics, and executive presentation skills.
