Product Lead, Growth (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $210,000–$290,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products and platforms, from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while mentoring and leading product managers.
• Build and ship AI/ML-powered copilots, agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, and other customer experiences.
• Lead product-led growth initiatives such as in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, and lifecycle automation.
• Develop customer service and support automation across payments, onboarding, and support.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, commercial, operations, and go-to-market teams to launch secure products across regions and languages.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning complex, multi-surface products end to end, including zero-to-one or early-stage products.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products, with technical fluency in training, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring ML systems.
• Strong data-driven and analytical skills, including dashboards, SQL or product analytics tools, and experimentation such as A/B testing.
• Ability to align engineering, data, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market stakeholders around strategy and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations.
• Experience with growth, lifecycle, or product-led growth products.
• Technical background in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
• Experience building customer service or support automation.
• Experience launching products across multiple regions and languages.
