People Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Redesign and scale the global People Operations operating model for an international business.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify HR processes using AI, workflows, and modern People technology.
• Improve employee and manager service delivery through intuitive, responsive, and efficient support.
• Own global governance, operational controls, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global People Operations team.
• Partner with People Technology, Employee Relations, People Partners, Talent, Total Rewards, Payroll, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on complex initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading a global People Operations, HR Operations, or Shared Services function.
• Track record of transforming, simplifying, redesigning, and scaling operations.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and sound judgment.
• Experience building high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to use operational metrics and workforce insights to support decisions.
• Experience turning HR technology into improved employee experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows in HR or business operations.
• Experience with HiBob, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar People technology.
• Experience leading global shared services or service delivery transformations.
• Experience designing operational dashboards, executive reporting, service design, organisational design, or employee experience initiatives.
• Experience in a high-growth international technology company.
