Head of Global People Operations & Transformation

Location: New York Office; hybrid

Salary: $220,000–$290,000 estimated base salary per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Build a global People operating model covering the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Define consistent global employee experiences while accommodating local legal and market requirements.
• Simplify processes and create connected, automated workflows that reduce reliance on emails, spreadsheets, and manual reminders.
• Build scalable infrastructure for global employment, entities, EORs, worker classification, and cross-border employment.
• Own the HR technology roadmap, including HRIS systems, integrations, workflows, automation, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Establish reliable People data, reporting, and analytics that support business decisions and reduce operational work for HRBPs.

Requirements

• Experience building or materially transforming People Operations in a complex, global company.
• Experience leading significant HR technology and process transformations end to end, including Workday as stated in the posting.
• Ability to develop process maps, gather requirements, and build seamless cross-functional workflows.
• Knowledge of multiple countries, entities, employment models, EORs, and cross-border employment.
• Ability to work hands-on with HRIS, integrations, workflows, and People data while maintaining an operating-model perspective.
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and business leaders.
