People Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $123K–$155K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own HRIS, PEO, and Lattice configuration, vendor relationships, and system hygiene.
• Build a unified data layer connecting HRIS, payroll, and equity administration to create a reliable source of truth for headcount, compensation, and employment data.
• Design and maintain scalable employee lifecycle workflows, templates, and documentation from onboarding through exit.
• Project-manage the transition away from the current PEO, including benefits, payroll continuity, and vendor selection.
• Establish a contingent workforce vendor and manage contractor administration and compliance.
• Own IT provisioning and deprovisioning with IT and administer the EOR relationship for Canadian employees.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or a related field.
• Meaningful experience with systems implementation and operational infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading a PEO transition, HRIS implementation, or a comparable infrastructure project.
• Ability to build data models, write formulas, maintain data hygiene, and create practical reports.
• Strong ownership-oriented execution skills, including identifying blockers and closing operational loops.

• Experience with EOR administration.
• Experience managing contingent workforces.
