Director, Solutions Architecture - Enterprise (AI Cloud)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base compensation: $195,825–$244,725 USD per year

What you will do

• Build, lead, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Enterprise Solutions Architecture team.
• Define the technical engagement model, coverage structure, operating mechanisms, priorities, and performance expectations for the Enterprise segment.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership and engage CIOs, CTOs, infrastructure leaders, AI/ML leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
• Represent Enterprise customer needs internally and guide product and technology roadmap decisions related to enterprise readiness.
• Establish a culture focused on customer outcomes, technical excellence, business value, and commercial impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of people-management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing senior technical professionals.
• 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise companies and understanding how they evaluate, purchase, adopt, and expand strategic technology platforms.
• Proven value-engineering experience: translating technology investments and complex architectures into measurable business outcomes, economic value, and compelling business cases.
• Ability to operate across technical and business dimensions and influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing environment with evolving team structures and responsibilities. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, security, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GPU-based infrastructure workloads and accelerated computing.
• Experience designing or supporting machine-learning and AI workloads, including training and inference.
• Knowledge of distributed AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, or Kubernetes-based AI/ML platforms.
• Experience evaluating the economics of large-scale compute or GPU workloads for Enterprise customers.
