Solutions Architect (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote from Illinois, Michigan, or New York

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annual base salary or on-target earnings, depending on pay zone and candidate factors. Additional bonus, equity, and benefits may be available.

What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise manufacturing accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Act as the primary technical voice for multiple customers and guide evaluation and adoption of Databricks solutions.
• Build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks products with hands-on technical resources.
• Lead data-driven business transformation and develop technical champions within customer accounts.
• Align technical strategies with business value and mentor other team members.

Requirements

• Proven pre-sales experience supporting large enterprise customers and accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
• Experience establishing virtual teams, leading technical initiatives, and building relationships with executives and influencers.
• Technical background in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with data-driven business transformation and live or vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.
• Must be located in Illinois, Michigan, or New York.
