Operations Finance Specialist - Capital Incentives (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in the United States, with primary location in Phoenix, Arizona; additional locations in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Annual salary: $73,820–$137,230 USD.

What you will do

• Forecast and track federal, international, and US state-level incentives, grants, and related funding programs.
• Support annual planning, long-range planning, board review, and monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts related to incentive and grant funding.
• Perform Working Inventory Forecasting and related financial analyses.
• Prepare financial models, variance analyses, executive reporting, compliance documentation, and audit materials.
• Present financial insights and recommendations while collaborating with finance, accounting, operations, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data sets.

• On-site presence is required.

• Experience forecasting CapEx, depreciation, plant and network metrics, or cash flow.
• Experience with government grants, tax incentives, or large capital investment programs.
• Advanced financial modeling and reporting skills.
