What you will do

  • Lead all aspects of FP&A for the Data Center Switch BU, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models covering product P&Ls, gross margin, R&D opex, and headcount.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, and Operations to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes.
  • Prepare and present executive financial reviews covering revenue, margin, and key business KPIs.
  • Lead strategic initiatives including M&A diligence, investment cases, and long-range planning.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of FP&A professionals to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in cost accounting.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
