Senior Financial Analyst (Semiconductor)

Location: Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $92,500–$136,860 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Partner with Storage business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on product investment planning, cost modeling, and financial assessments.
• Provide financial modeling and analytical support for new product introductions, targeted investments, and business initiatives.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including forecast analysis, historical trend review, and business performance planning.
• Manage month-end activities such as accruals, variance analysis, metric tracking, accounting controls, and reporting.
• Track project financial status with project managers, identify delta drivers, and support product costing, E&O reviews, annual planning, and strategic reviews.
• Develop analytical dashboards, improve financial processes, and provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced data analysis functionality.
• Strong PowerPoint, communication, critical-thinking, collaboration, and management-reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with large data sets, incomplete information, ambiguity, and changing priorities.
• Ability to work at the Irvine, California location and eligibility to access export-controlled technology or software may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or semiconductor company.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, OBIEE, or Power BI.
