Senior Financial Analyst (Semiconductor)

Location: Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $92,500–$136,860 per annum, plus bonus and equity plan eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with Storage business-unit leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on product investment planning, cost modeling, and financial assessments.
• Provide financial modeling and analytical support for new product introductions, targeted investments, and Storage portfolio initiatives.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, balancing business dynamics, historical trends, and performance targets.
• Manage month-end activities including accruals, variance analysis, metric tracking, accounting controls, and reporting.
• Track work-in-progress projects with project managers, update financial metrics, and identify variance drivers.
• Support annual and strategic planning, RFQ processes, product costing, E&O reviews, dashboards, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint, communication, critical-thinking, collaboration, and management-reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with incomplete information, ambiguity, and large data sets.
• Applicants must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology or complete the required export license review process.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or semiconductor company.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, OBIEE, or Power BI.
• Experience providing training and guidance to junior team members.
