Location: Onsite at the Alameda campus in Alameda, California, United States

Salary: $169,000–$213,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing financial reforecasting cycles.
• Partner with business units and stakeholders to provide financial leadership and align plans with corporate objectives.
• Conduct budget-versus-actual variance analysis, identify trends, and prepare performance commentary for senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and business decisions.
• Prepare business results and financial reports for Quarterly Business Reviews and executive leadership.
• Improve financial systems and processes, support system enhancement projects, and mentor finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant FP&A experience, including business partnering.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, G-Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with financial and database systems, including SAGE X3.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a changing environment.
• Ability to work onsite and move between buildings at the Alameda campus.

Nice to have

• MBA or MS in Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
