Office Coordinator

Location: NYC, United States; on-site

Annual salary: $80,000–$95,000 plus target equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Process and maintain NDAs, waivers, contracts, mail, packages, and digital and physical filing systems.
• Coordinate guests, candidates, visiting executives, building security registration, and visitor access.
• Manage vendors, service providers, local hotel and vendor partnerships, office supplies, food and beverages, and device inventory.
• Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, security badges, camera monitoring, plants, the music studio, and AV setup and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate the daily lunch program and support artists, special projects, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities.
• Plan team events and activities while supporting a welcoming and productive office environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in office management or facilities coordination.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and proficiency with office management software and digital tools.
• Ability to solve problems independently, maintain attention to detail, and take a proactive approach.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to work on-site in the NYC office.
