About the Role

You will keep the San Francisco office clean, safe, organized, and welcoming. You will support employees on site, oversee vendors, maintenance, mail, food services, and facilities issues, manage related contracts, and plan local employee engagement events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support and answer employee questions
• Perform daily workplace inspections
• Manage repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships
• Process incoming mail and packages
• Manage food, snack, and beverage programs
• Manage vendor contracts from sourcing through renewal
• Plan and execute local employee engagement events
• Serve as the primary contact for facilities and building-management issues
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming office
