Senior Solutions Architect, EMEA (SaaS)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to launch customers, accelerate time to first value, and drive product adoption.
• Build strategic customer relationships and tailor launch strategies to business objectives.
• Provide consultative technical guidance and create implementation plans that support successful launches and scalable growth.
• Gather customer feedback, identify trends, and influence product direction through the Voice of Customer program.
• Create reusable templates, integrations, and site examples that communicate hirify.global’s value and simplify adoption.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise hirify.global implementations or SaaS Solutions Architecture.
• Knowledge of front-end web development concepts and tools, including HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs, hosting and infrastructure, enterprise architecture, CRO, digital marketing, SEO, UX/UI design, and security.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, autonomy, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive interest in AI and emerging technologies.
