Sr. Solutions Architect (SaaS)

What you will do

• Oversee onboarding of new clients to the SaaS platform and own solution design throughout implementation.
• Analyze requirements and design robust solutions for complex client programs and multi-tier architectures.
• Work with Sales on early scope definition, discovery, and statements of work.
• Evaluate, standardize, and document investment accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, R&D, Sales, analysts, workstream leads, and operations teams to support product improvements and client success.
• Guide senior stakeholders on solution and scope decisions while coordinating implementation change management.

Requirements

• Awareness of SaaS and cloud architecture.
• Experience with complex implementations involving multi-tier architecture.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and regulatory reporting, including Solvency II, NAIC, IFRS, GAAP, and General Ledger.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• 9+ years of relevant experience as a subject matter expert, solution architect, program manager, or in a related role.
• Strong documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with experience engaging senior and executive leaders.

• Experience with Clearwater products and platform.
