Lead Solution Architect

What you will do

• Define technical vision, technologies, and architectures for internal and public cloud deployments across the product portfolio.
• Create standardized application, infrastructure, and backing-service solutions for hirify.global and third-party clouds including AWS and GCP.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, enterprise architecture, and customer service throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide expertise on deployment, monitoring, logging, scalability, security, and business continuity.
• Participate in client solution scoping, planning, proposal development, and support for sales opportunities.
• Mentor team members, transfer knowledge, and conduct training for staff and customers when authorized.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS architectures across public cloud, hirify.global, and on-premises environments.
• Deep knowledge of mixed operating systems, structured and unstructured data, distributed data platforms, hardware, storage, networking, protocols, and APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and technologies such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Programming knowledge in JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Strong experience with relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Active high-level security clearance in the UK is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
