Technical Architect (SaaS)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, from initial architecture through ongoing optimization.
• Design and implement bespoke technical solutions, integrations, data strategies, and scopes of work for complex customer engagements.
• Support customer onboarding and advanced SDK/API integrations to accelerate time to value.
• Translate customer goals and technical requirements into implementation plans, architectural diagrams, and actionable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and document integrations, requirements, risks, and blockers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Delivery, Product, Engineering, Partners, and Support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Consultant.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex customer environments involving SaaS, mobile technologies, APIs, and programming.
• Strong ability to design and explain complex data and system architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities, solve problems, and build with AI tools to improve workstreams.
