What you will do

• Design and implement bespoke, complex technical solutions and integrations that meet unique customer needs and drive business value.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial architecture to ongoing optimization.
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable technical steps and detailed architectural diagrams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into development plans and product feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex strategic technical needs and ensure high-quality instrumentation across the customer stack.
• Maintain technical expertise in emerging trends, including AI and machine learning, to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Consultant.
• 3+ years of technical experience managing complex SaaS, Mobile, API, and Programming environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact, custom technical engagements that drive tangible outcomes.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex system architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for high-level consultation and workshops.
