What you will do

• Lead branch planning and execution to drive sales, revenue, market share, and outside business development.
• Manage relationships with consumer and business clients through discovery conversations, outreach, meetings, and tailored banking solutions.
• Coach the branch team to deliver technology-enabled, advice-oriented customer experiences and resolve client issues.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage employee performance while building an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of industry-relevant experience; operations or production environments typically require 2 years of prior managerial experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to understand balance sheets and income statements and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and pass required background checks.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
