Branch Manager - Plano, TX (Park)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, service, operations, risk, security, and regulatory activities.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve budgeted production, customer service, retention, and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers through referrals, calling programs, community involvement, and business development.
• Develop internal partnerships and refer customers to other areas of the bank according to branch guidelines.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and resources required to support the branch team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of experience in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, and colleague development.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking tools, and other technology.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
