What you will do

• Hire, train, coach, develop, and motivate associates across one or more financial centers.
• Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build succession-ready talent.
• Drive sales and service performance through consultative sales planning and structured coaching.
• Manage existing client relationships and develop new consumer and small business relationships with organizations generating up to $1 million in annual revenue.
• Lead outreach through calls, meetings, seminars, and events while promoting digital and self-service channels.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, operational efficiency, financial performance, fraud mitigation, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• At least 1 year of successful sales experience as an individual contributor or manager.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, client service, interpersonal, analytical, P&L, and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Ability to work financial center hours, including weekends and some evenings, travel as needed, work under stress, and lift or carry approximately 25 pounds when required.
