What you will do

• Lead complex process engineering, hardware characterization, and technology development projects across the division’s product range.
• Work with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and address high-value problems.
• Design, perform, analyze, and report on complex engineering experiments within safety guidelines.
• Manage experimental tests, evaluate results, escalate critical technology issues, and support product and technology demonstrations.
• Define process specifications, assess equipment strengths and weaknesses, and identify development opportunities.
• Guide less experienced engineers and collaborate with senior and executive managers on strategic execution, market share improvement, and new technology development.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within the relevant engineering job family and related disciplines.
• In-depth understanding of how the discipline integrates within the business segment or function.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Demonstrated record of significant technology contributions, including innovative solutions, critical patents, awards, or published papers.
• Relocation to the Kalispell, Montana location is eligible.
