What you will do
- Develop etch processes for new semiconductor technology offerings and advanced manufacturing.
- Design and execute experiments for R&D projects in a 200mm high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with product development and process integration teams to define and improve etch processes.
- Work with experts across fabrication sites to share knowledge and benchmark best practices.
- Evaluate etch equipment capabilities and options with equipment suppliers.
- Support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs, masterβs, or Ph.D. degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, microelectronics, chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in etch process development.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with etch tooling.
- Fluent written and verbal English required.
- Ability to work safely and responsibly while supporting applicable EHS&S programs.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a semiconductor fabrication facility.
- Broad knowledge of 200mm patterning processes.
- Project management, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
