What you will do

• Develop etch processes for new semiconductor technology offerings and advanced manufacturing.
• Design and execute experiments for R&D projects in a 200mm high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with product development and process integration teams to define and improve etch processes.
• Work with experts across fabrication sites to share knowledge and benchmark best practices.
• Evaluate etch equipment capabilities and options with equipment suppliers.
• Support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, microelectronics, chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in etch process development.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with etch tooling.
• Fluent written and verbal English required.
• Ability to work safely and responsibly while supporting applicable EHS&S programs.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a semiconductor fabrication facility.
• Broad knowledge of 200mm patterning processes.
• Project management, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
