What you will do

• Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products within the RAPID division.
• Assess and evaluate project risks while maintaining focus on the critical path.
• Communicate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to drive execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles to ensure team focus on value-add activities.
• Facilitate regular meetings between functional groups to document and manage interdependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in escalation processes and operational excellence.

Requirements

• BS degree with 3+ years of experience or MS degree with 2+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of leading teams through influence.
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability and customer needs.

• Advanced degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
• Experience in the semiconductor or capital equipment industry.
