What you will do

• Communicate loan status and respond to borrower questions by phone and email.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify financial information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan team efforts, manage application issues, and support timely processing.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available product or service alternatives.
• Maintain knowledge of company and industry guidelines, manage relevant numbers, and support social media activities.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly, manage changing conditions, and work with urgency.
• Sales expertise or prior experience in mortgage lending, real estate, financial services, or customer-facing sales is highly valued.
