Business Banking Treasury Management Advisor II

Location: Onsite in Vienna, Virginia, United States

Base salary: $109,200–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Coordinate relationship management activities for new and existing small and midsize business clients in the $2MM–$10MM segment.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships by growing sales, revenue, market share, and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide client insights and customized solutions while presenting the full range of hirify.global products and services.
• Analyze and evaluate complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Knowledge of business banking, credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and client relationship management.
• Ability to prospect, identify sales opportunities, communicate effectively, and make critical business decisions.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
• Must work onsite in the Vienna, Virginia market; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
