Location: Falls Church, Virginia, United States of America; onsite branch work with face-to-face customer interaction.

Salary: $23.84–$39.74 per hour.

What you will do

• Assess customer needs, identify sales opportunities, open accounts, and refer complex needs to appropriate partners.
• Conduct proactive outreach by phone and email, onboard customers, schedule appointments, and follow up on product and service needs.
• Prepare for and lead customer appointments, provide branch servicing, and support lobby management and customer flow.
• Research customer profiles and discuss financial goals while presenting suitable banking products and services.
• Apply KYC, CIP, fraud prevention, audit, compliance, and operational risk controls.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, systems, operational changes, and Federal SAFE Act registration requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least two years of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience, or at least one year of proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Financial services product knowledge and the ability to communicate tactfully with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology and common communication tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods, use hands and fingers extensively, read fine print, and lift objects weighing 5 to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in an open, face-to-face branch environment in Falls Church, Virginia.
