Treasury Management Sales Analyst (Commercial Banking)

Location: Fully onsite in Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States

Salary: $22.70–$37.84 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with Treasury Management Sales Consultants as the primary sales support contact for an assigned region.
• Analyze complex customer needs and prepare customized customer reviews, working capital analyses, RFPs, service agreements, and other sales documentation.
• Coordinate post-sale implementation of domestic and international treasury solutions, including CRM updates, sales data accuracy, and implementation meetings.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell treasury management products through referrals, phone, and virtual outreach.
• Resolve billing and service issues by coordinating with Client Service, Account Analysis, and other partner teams.
• Support repricing initiatives, banker education, team meetings, and ongoing client delivery within agreed service levels.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Treasury Management Sales, sales support, or another business-related area.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury management pre-sale and post-sale processes, products, documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial banking products, risk mitigation, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, and virtual technology tools.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and work fully onsite at the posted location.
