Operations Manager, Critical Solutions

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA. The role includes travel to client locations such as data centers, healthcare facilities, telecommunications sites, and other mission-critical environments.

Salary: $76,500–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support facilities managers and coordinators with operational execution, issue resolution, process compliance, and service delivery.
• Lead the implementation, administration, optimization, reporting, and adoption of CMMS, work order management systems, and other operational technologies.
• Monitor work order activity, service performance, documentation quality, financial compliance, and operational reporting across multiple portfolios.
• Review vendor proposals, scopes of work, technical recommendations, maintenance plans, capital replacement initiatives, and client quotations.
• Develop and govern operational processes, workflows, digital playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements in collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Account Leadership, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, construction management, engineering technology, operations management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in facilities management, operations management, mission-critical environments, technical services, or operational support.
• Experience with facility maintenance programs, asset management, vendor management, operational service delivery, CMMS platforms, work order systems, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
• Experience implementing technologies, operational processes, workflow improvements, governance programs, digital playbooks, standard operating procedures, and training documentation across multiple teams.
• Experience reviewing scopes of work, vendor proposals, technical recommendations, maintenance services, capital initiatives, budgets, quotations, cost analysis, and financial controls.
• Experience supporting multiple locations, teams, or client portfolios in a fast-paced environment; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
