Operations Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Sanford, North Carolina, United States of America; onsite manufacturing role

Annual base pay: $61,200–$113,600, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead production operations and improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash performance.
• Maintain a safe, ergonomic work environment and encourage team ownership of improvements.
• Ensure process and product quality through standard work and established procedures.
• Train team members, improve production flow, and meet customer demand and line-rate goals.
• Manage staffing, inventory accuracy, depletion and replenishment systems, and cycle counting.
• Coach and mentor employees while fostering continuous improvement and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, or at least 8 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on leadership and personnel management experience.
• Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience.
• High energy with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
