What you will do

• Supervise collection operations across commercial, residential, roll-off, and container delivery or pickup lines of business.
• Lead drivers and helpers while coordinating with operations, general management, sales, maintenance, and other stakeholders.
• Implement safety and accident-prevention programs and remove unsafe conditions from routes and customer sites.
• Resolve service issues, equipment breakdowns, schedule changes, and unusual customer requests.
• Optimize routes, productivity, labor hours, disposal expenses, and fleet quality to support budget goals.
• Build employee engagement, coach team members, and develop talent for advancement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to direct a large staff and build high-performance teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Process-oriented and results-oriented approach with a commitment to organizational success.
• Collaborative, creative, ethical, and sound judgment in talent management.
