What you will do

• Connect with borrowers, understand their goals, and guide conversations about suitable VA loan options.
• Review credit and financial information to match borrowers with appropriate lending solutions.
• Explain the loan process, set expectations, answer questions, and help borrowers secure competitive rates and terms.
• Manage the borrower pipeline and provide timely follow-up by phone, email, and other communication tools.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver a smooth borrower experience.
• Participate in calls that may be recorded and reviewed with AI-assisted technology for coaching, quality assurance, compliance, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Full-time availability with flexible scheduling between 12 PM and 10 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM and 10 PM on weekends.
• Availability to work two nights per week until 10 PM.
• Availability for at least 32 weekend hours per month.
• NMLS licensing is required; support is available to obtain the license after starting.
• Clear communication, integrity, attention to detail, dependability, problem-solving ability, accountability, and adaptability.

• Previous mortgage experience.
