Loan Agency Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States. Candidates must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $48,416.00–$79,541.75 per year, plus potential incentive and retention awards.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of loan agency accounts and process transactions accurately and on time.
• Provide client service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Use loan agency software such as Solvas Agent and Clearpar to improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver seamless loan administration and meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of loan agency agreements, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements, or willingness to become proficient in these areas and related software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
• Current United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
