Relationship Associate, Loan Operations (Banking)

Location: Onsite in Kansas City, MO - 1 Ward Parkway

Salary: $47,613.00-$78,560.00 annual base pay

What you will do

• Support business customers with deposit and lending transaction processing.
• Greet and assist customers in a customer-facing role.
• Process loan payments, advances, maintenance, and tracking activities.
• Originate and maintain commercial deposit accounts.
• Review loan documents and assist with loan closings.
• Process complex lending transactions, including construction draws and floor plans, while supporting lending staff.

Requirements

• At least two years of banking industry experience, with banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong client service skills and exceptional written, telephone, and in-person communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple assignments accurately within deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Unrestricted US work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree.
• Branch banking experience.
• Up to 12 months of lending experience.
