Focus on prioritizing production resources, resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining FIFO and ERP accuracy, and driving warehouse process improvements.
Location: Onsite at 's space structures complex in Middle River, Maryland, United States. Candidates for U.S. offices must meet applicable ITAR work authorization requirements.
Base pay: $30–$36 USD per hour for Maryland.

What you will do
- Monitor open and rush orders and support production teams in achieving daily and weekly targets.
- Coordinate inbound goods, outbound logistics, production kits, and component deliveries according to production and transfer-order priorities.
- Provide daily direction to store persons and serve as the first escalation point for kitting issues.
- Maintain stock-point accuracy, FIFO rotation, cycle-counting programs, and accurate ERP records while investigating discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production assembly leads, other sites, logistics teams, and internal workshop operations.
- Drive continuous improvement, maintain SOPs, and ensure warehouse, health, safety, PPE, and 5S standards are followed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of inventory or supply chain experience and a high school diploma.
- Experience performing complex duties independently under general supervision.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, including ITAR, IATA, and IMDG requirements.
- Strong IT skills, comfort with Windows, and experience using a fully integrated ERP system.
- For U.S. offices, eligibility to meet applicable ITAR authorization requirements is required.
- Ability to work onsite with prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer work, plus occasional exposure to production-area noise, dust, and fumes.
Nice to have
- Associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Experience managing 3–6 direct reports.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, heavy manufacturing, or a rapid-growth environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
