What you will do

• Lead compliance programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and governance activities across service areas and project teams.
• Manage project resources, scope, schedule, cost, performance objectives, reporting mechanisms, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, processes, controls, and contractual deliverables.
• Monitor program performance, risks, remediation activities, quality assurance, and adherence to standards and contractual requirements.
• Apply SAFe principles and practices, including program planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership on audits, corrective actions, operational improvements, and technology adoption.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, program management, compliance management, or a related field.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, risk management, internal controls, project planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• At least 5 years leading a program using Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and SAFe.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business administration, compliance, or a related scientific or technical discipline; an additional 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Must be able to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist, or comparable Agile certification.
• Experience supporting federal government programs, regulatory compliance initiatives, contractual governance, audits, assessments, and corrective action programs.
