Senior IT Project Manager (AI)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $93,250–$166,250 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and execute complex technical projects and software implementations.
• Define project resources, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and quality targets.
• Manage vendor contracting, vendor resources, delivery, and contract execution.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and communicate progress to senior and executive leadership.
• Improve project management processes and mentor junior project managers, including through AI-enabled practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience successfully leading complex projects to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and hybrid project management approaches.
• PMP or another project management certification is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field is preferred.
