Strategic FP&A Analyst

Location: Remote; United States, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia. The role supports working from anywhere.

What you will do

• Prepare recurring budget-versus-actual reporting across business lines and legal entities.
• Own data flow and reconciliation between NetSuite and Datarails, including mappings, dimensions, and actuals integrity.
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance and flux analysis for management discussion and analysis and public-company filings.
• Maintain reporting templates and schedules covering AUM, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, board reporting, and earnings materials.
• Improve FP&A workflows, documentation, automation, and audit-ready controls while responding to executive analysis requests.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting; public company experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in NetSuite is required, including ERP data structures, segment and subsidiary dimensions, and data extraction and mapping.
• Advanced Excel is required, including structured modeling, complex formulas, and large datasets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and US GAAP; an accounting background, CPA, or active CPA track is valued.
• High attention to detail and comfort working on a public reporting calendar in a small, high-ownership team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datarails or another FP&A/EPM planning tool such as Pigment, Anaplan, Planful, Vena, or Adaptive.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation experience.
• Experience in high-growth fintech, financial services, SPAC, IPO, SEC reporting, SOX 404 readiness, or external audit support.
• Interest in blockchain, tokenization, and on-chain capital markets.
