Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Brazil. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, margins, and EBITDA.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership.
• Monitor profitability and recommend opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Support the company's 13-week cash flow forecast and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze financial and CRM data to identify revenue trends and cost variances.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Accounting Manager, and external consultants on strategy.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity businesses.
• Experience with budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Familiarity with CRM reporting and business performance analysis.
• CPA or other accounting/finance certification.
