Financial Analyst – FP&A

Location: Remote from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Brazil; U.S. business hours required

hirify.global is hiring for a remote financial planning and analysis role supporting company leadership and financial operations across multiple business locations.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, expenses, margins, and EBITDA.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership.
• Analyze performance across multiple locations, including profitability, revenue trends, cost variances, and profit opportunities.
• Support the 13-week cash flow forecast, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Present financial findings and recommendations in clear reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Accounting Manager, and external consultants on financial planning and strategic growth projects.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, and business analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity businesses.
• Experience with budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Familiarity with CRM reporting and business performance analysis.
• CPA or another accounting or finance certification.
