TL;DR
Salesforce Developer (UI/UX): Redesigning Salesforce experiences for Sales and Revenue teams by auditing Lightning interfaces, prototyping workflows, and building reusable Lightning Web Components with an accent on rep productivity, usability, and maintainable component architecture. Focus on validating designs with users, integrating Apex and Salesforce data models, and measuring adoption and performance across a global team.
Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with in-person collaboration three days per week and residence within commuting distance of a hub required.

What you will do
- Audit Salesforce Lightning pages, console apps, list views, and home pages to identify usability and productivity issues.
- Create a prioritised roadmap of UI improvements tied to sales representative adoption and productivity.
- Design, prototype, validate, and build improved Salesforce layouts, workflows, and reusable Lightning Web Components.
- Configure Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions, console apps, and supporting Apex integrations.
- Run usability tests and pilots, measure adoption and performance, and iterate based on feedback.
- Document releases and component patterns while collaborating with admins, architects, data teams, Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and end users.
Requirements
- Strong production experience building Lightning Web Components.
- Solid knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and the Salesforce data model.
- Deep knowledge of Lightning Experience customisation, including App Builder, Dynamic Forms, page layouts, console apps, and Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD or deployment processes.
- UX mindset with clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in a global team.
- English is the official language at the office; an English resume is required.
Nice to have
- Portfolio or demonstrations of shipped Salesforce UI work.
- Experience with SLDS, Figma, accessibility principles, Sales Cloud, Jest testing for LWC, and Lightning performance optimisation.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Platform App Builder.
